• NO RETURNS POLICY : All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
• All the new release products are in PRE-ORDER basis is to make sure you can get your favorite collectibles to avoid any out of stock after released to the market.
• Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if Star Ace Toys cancels the release of the collectible.
• For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 10% administrative charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all the administrative cost.
• Please be aware that the prototype or promotional images shown may have slightly differ to the final product.
• Star Ace Toys will not accept refund requests based on differences between the promotional images and final product.
• Star Ace Toys reserve the rights to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address is not compliant to our licensed territories or invalid transaction.
• We will however look at any extenuating circumstances on its individual case.
• Please keep in mind, all the above options will need to abide by the terms of our policy.
